Specialized Supervision:   

Clinical supervision. Provides a formal process of professional support and learning that addresses practitioners' developmental needs in a non-judgmental way. It's aim is to help them increase both their competence and confidence through exchanges with experienced professionals and the use of reflective skills.

Counselor Supervision.  A service provided to counseling program graduates who are pursuing licensure as associate professional counselors or licensed professional counselors in the state of Florida or Illinois. Supervision is an interactive process intended to monitor the quality of client care, improve clinical skills, and facilitate professional growth. 

Vocational Evaluation and Rehabilitation Expert Services:  

Vocational Evaluation and Rehabilitation Expert.  Provides comprehensive employment services, vocational assessments, pre/post injury vocational learning capacity, wage earning capacity evaluation, labor market surveys, transferability of skills, rehabilitation, career counseling vocational testing, and job analysis. In response to rising litigation and alternative dispute resolution remedies,  can serve as expert witnesses and forensic consultants in legal matters, and provide expert reports and testimony for judges, attorneys, lawyers, law firms, insurance companies, and government agencies in federal and state court trials or depositions. 

Professional Development:  

Consultation.  An interactive process intended to facilitate professional growth, and provide feedback and support. You will receive timely information and support for your areas of interest. We can ask questions, explore alternatives, address ethical concerns and receive feedback and suggestions on your supervisory or therapeutic interventions, program and practice development interests. We will work together to define goals and strategies for meeting them, and identify potential obstacles and ways to minimize or eliminate them. 

Training Workshops.  Includes interactive presentations where content can be tailored to meet the needs of your organization and audience. Round-table discussions, lectures and continuing education trainings on a wide variety of clinical counseling and vocational expert topics can be facilitated.
